SK International Export Ltd. Appoints Mr. Rajesh Hariram Bhalla as Additional Independent Director and Announces Sale of Properties

SK International Export Limited has appointed Mr. Rajesh Hariram Bhalla as an Additional Independent Director at its meeting on August 20, 2025. Mr. Bhalla, a third-generation entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience, will hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company has also approved the sale of three properties and announced the non-declaration of dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled for September 15, 2025.
