SK Minerals Approves Director Changes and Appoints Secretarial Auditor

SK Minerals & Additives Ltd announced key management and auditor changes following its 4th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The company's members approved the appointment of M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY 2026-27 to 2030-31). Additionally, Mrs. Sunita Rani's appointment as Executive Director was regularized and her designation changed to Whole-time Director. Mr. Rohit Jindal and Mr. Shubham Jindal also saw their designations change from Executive Director to Whole-time Director, with revisions to their remuneration. The AGM meeting concluded within a short span of 20 minutes.
