SKF India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the company by its Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives and connected persons. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ending as on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company's ‘Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading’ and SEBI regulations. The company has also implemented a system to restrict the trading by Designated Persons (DPs) by freezing their PAN at the security level during the Trading Window closure period.
