SKF India Ltd Appoints New Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors

SKF India Ltd has announced the appointment of three new Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors: Mr. Antonio Molle, Mr. Bastian Thomas, and Mr. Magnus Lennart Prick. The appointments were approved by the shareholders via postal ballot on 17th March 2026. The new directors bring a combined experience of over 50 years in various fields including mechanical engineering, thermodynamic machines, business engineering, sales, and supply chain management.
