SKF India Recommends ₹10 Dividend for FY 2026-27

SKF India's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the dividend is set for July 3, 2026, and the dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before September 11, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.
