SKF India: Sujeeth Pai to become MD from Sep 1, 2026

SKF India (Industrial) Ltd announced a change in designation for Mr. Sujeeth Pai from Whole-Time Director to Managing Director, effective September 1, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Pai, who holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA, brings over 20 years of experience in driving business growth and profitability. He is not related to any existing directors or promoters. The company will seek shareholder approval within three months of the appointment date.
