SKIL Infrastructure Ltd: Non-submission of Q3 2025 Financial Results due to Insolvency Proceedings and Non-cooperation from Company Secretary and Statutory Auditors
SKIL Infrastructure Limited has not submitted its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, due to ongoing insolvency proceedings, non-cooperation from the Company Secretary and Statutory Auditors. The company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 1, 2024, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company informed the Exchange about the non-submission of financial results under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations. The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted an application under Section 7 of the IBC against the Company, and the undersigned was appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). During the pendency of the appeal, the Hon’ble NCLAT had stayed the constitution of the Committee of Creditors (CoC), which was later vacated on October 15, 2025. The CoC was constituted, and the Hon’ble NCLT approved the same. The RP faced non-cooperation from the Company Secretary and Statutory Auditors, compelling the RP to engage an external Company Secretary firm and file a non-cooperation application under Section 19 of the IBC. Due to these circumstances, the Company has been unable to compile, finalize, approve, and submit its financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The Company, along with the Resolution Professional, will make every endeavour to prepare and submit the pending financial statements at the earliest possible opportunity.
