SKIL Infrastructure: Un-audited Q2 FY26 Results Approved

SKIL Infrastructure Limited has announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The results were approved at a Committee of Creditors meeting held on September 08, 2026, in lieu of the suspended Board of Directors. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, following an NCLT order on February 1, 2024. The appointment of Mr. Purusottam Behera as Resolution Professional (RP) was approved on November 03, 2025. The limited review report by statutory auditors is also enclosed.
