Skipper Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Financials, Sets AGM Date

Skipper Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors JKVS & Co. The Board also approved the convening of the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 15, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The record date for remote e-voting and dividend declaration for the AGM has been set as September 04, 2026. The financial results were prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34 and reviewed by JKVS & Co., who found no material misstatements.
