Sky Gold Appoints Akash Talesara as CEO; Constitutes TCWG

Sky Gold And Diamonds Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Akash Talesara as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 9, 2026. Mr. Talesara brings over two decades of experience in the gems and jewellery industry, with expertise spanning exports, diamond jewellery sales, merchandising, business development, and market expansion. He is a NIFT graduate with advanced management education from IIM. The Board also approved the constitution of "Those Charged With Governance" (TCWG), identifying Mr. Mangesh Chauhan as Chairperson, alongside Mr. Darshan Chauhan, Mr. Mahendra Chauhan, Mr. Dilip Gosar, and Miss. Kejal Shah as members. These decisions were made at the Board meeting held on June 9, 2026.
