Sky Gold & Diamonds Reappoints Aasna Shah as Internal Auditor

Sky Gold and Diamonds Ltd's Board of Directors re-appointed Ms. Aasna Shah as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27, following the Audit Committee's recommendation and in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the Statutory Auditors. Additionally, a postal ballot notice for the appointment of M/s. M'S K A & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors was approved, and Mr. Shivang Goyal was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
