Sky Industries: Director Tenure Ends, MD Appointed New Chairperson

Sky Industries Ltd announced significant board changes. Mr. Amarendra Mohapatra, Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson, will complete his second term on July 26, 2026, and will cease to hold office. Concurrently, Mr. Shailesh S Shah, currently Promoter & Managing Director, has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Board, effective July 27, 2026. The company also announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, with new members and chairpersons taking effect from the same date.
