Skyline Ventures India Ltd Enters Service Agreement with Verkko Technologies for Data Compilation and Analysis

Skyline Ventures India Limited has executed a Service Agreement with Verkko Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for providing Market Research, Data Compilation, Analysis, and Report Preparation services. The agreement, which is effective from 16th October 2025, has a tenure of 1 year and covers pan-India execution and delivery. The value of the work orders is expected to be approximately Rs. 2 Cr. with a potential to grow up to Rs. 5 Cr. based on deliverables. Payments will be made within 30 days from the date of submission of a valid invoice, subject to satisfactory completion of deliverables. This strategic engagement is expected to contribute to the Company’s growth in the data and market analytics domain and strengthen its service portfolio.
