Smartworks Acquires Workstudio Spaces in Singapore

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd announced its proposed acquisition of Singapore-based Workstudio Spaces Pte. Ltd. for an undisclosed sum. This strategic move, executed through its subsidiary Smartworks Space Pte. Ltd., aims to bolster Smartworks' presence in Singapore's enterprise workspace market. The acquisition is expected to be completed in July 2026. Upon completion, Smartworks' Singapore footprint will expand to approximately 76,000 sq. ft. across four centers, with a seating capacity exceeding 1,500. This doubles their presence in the region over two years and strengthens their enterprise client base and market diversification.
