Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has announced an incremental contracted rental revenue of approximately INR 235 crore, driven by expansion mandates from existing enterprise clients. This revenue is based on leasing agreements with tenures up to 60 months and adds to the company's existing contracted rental revenue base of approximately INR 5,400 crore as of June 30, 2026. The expansions involve Fortune 500, Forbes 2000 companies, and large Indian conglomerates, highlighting the growing demand for managed, scalable workspaces as India solidifies its role as a global execution hub. Approximately 92% of Smartworks' revenue comes from enterprise clients, with 35% from multi-city clients, underscoring its position as a preferred partner for large organizations.
