Smartworks Coworking Appoints Dilip Deshmukh, Rajeev Agarwal as Directors

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Dilip Deshmukh as a Non-Executive Independent Director and the change in designation of Mr. Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal from Additional Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Independent Director. Both appointments were approved at the company's 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 22, 2026. Mr. Deshmukh brings over four decades of experience in the legal and judicial system, including as former Chairman of the Company Law Board. Mr. Agarwal, an IIT Roorkee graduate and former IRS officer, has extensive experience in taxation, financial regulation, and capital markets, having served as a Whole Time Member of SEBI.
