Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from October 01, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results.
