SMC Credits Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

SMC Credits Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company will also close its trading window for directors, key management personnel, promoters, and designated employees from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared. This measure is to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period leading up to the results announcement.
