Smiths & Founders Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Smiths & Founders (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will be effective from July 1, 2026, until the conclusion of the Board Meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the publication of these financial results. This intimation is made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
