Mahindra & Mahindra to Acquire 26.00% Stake in SML Isuzu Ltd for INR 1554.60 per Share

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd, on behalf of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, has submitted an Open Offer for the acquisition of up to 37,62,628 equity shares of SML Isuzu Ltd, representing 26.00% of the company's voting share capital. The offer price is set at INR 1554.60 per equity share. The Open Offer will be made in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as amended. The Offer Opening Advertisement and Corrigendum will be published in Financial Express, Jansatta, Ajit, and Navshakti on August 7, 2025.
