SML Mahindra Appoints Vimal Agarwal as Internal Auditor

SML Mahindra Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Vimal Agarwal as the new Internal Auditor, effective July 1, 2026. This follows the cessation of Mr. K. N. Vaidyanathan upon conclusion of his term. Mr. Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant and MBA with 25 years of experience, has held significant finance and strategy roles at PepsiCo India, Mahindra Lifespaces, and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts. His appointment aligns with his role as Group Chief Internal Auditor of the holding company, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.
