Haleos Labs Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Haleos Labs Ltd announced the outcome of its 98th Board meeting held on August 5, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the re-appointment of two Independent Directors for a second term, subject to shareholder approval, was approved. The Board also approved the revision of managerial remuneration for the Managing Director and the Board's Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The 20th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via VC/OAVM.
