SNL Bearings Declares ₹15 Interim Dividend for FY26

SNL Bearings Ltd has declared an interim dividend of ₹15 per equity share (150% of face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining entitlement to the dividend is May 08, 2026. The dividend will be paid electronically or via warrants/drafts within 30 days of declaration, subject to tax deduction at source. There will be no recommendation for a final dividend for FY 2025-26. The trading window remains closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
