Snowman Logistics Board Approves Q2 FY27 Unaudited Results, Appoints Director

Snowman Logistics Limited's Board of Directors met on October 28, 2026, approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP. The board also appointed Mr. Arun Goyal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Anil Aggarwal will cease to be a Non-Executive Independent Director upon completing his second consecutive five-year term on the same date.
