Snowman Logistics Board Approves Unaudited Q2 FY27 Results

Snowman Logistics Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 28, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. The Board also appointed Mr. Arun Goyal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Anil Aggarwal ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director upon completing his second consecutive term. A notice for postal ballot will be circulated to shareholders for their approval regarding the director appointments.
