The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for considering and approving the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be communicated in due course.
