Sobha Ltd H1 FY27 Sales Hit Record ₹5,862 Crore

Sobha Limited reported its Q2 and H1 FY27 operational and financial performance. The company achieved its highest-ever sales value in H1 FY27, reaching ₹58.62 billion (₹5,862 Crore), a significant 47.2% year-on-year growth. Quarterly sales value for Q2 FY27 stood at ₹22.06 billion (₹2,206 Crore), up 16% YoY. Collections also reached an all-time high of ₹40.09 billion (₹4,009 Crore) in H1 FY27. However, revenue saw a marginal 1% YoY decline to ₹23.47 billion (₹2,347 Crore) for H1 FY27, and Profit After Tax (PAT) declined by 2.6% YoY to ₹0.84 billion (₹84 Crore). The company launched 7.92 million sq. ft. across five projects in H1 FY27, with an estimated sale potential of ₹112 billion (₹11,200 Crore).
