Sobha Ltd Q2 FY27 Sales Value ₹22,063 Mn, Up 16% YoY
Sobha Limited reported its operational update for Q2 FY2027, ending September 30, 2026. The company achieved a total sales value of ₹22,063 million (₹22.06 Bn), a 16% increase compared to Q2 FY2026. Sales area stood at 1.42 million square feet across 828 units. For the half-year ended September 30, 2026 (H1 FY27), Sobha recorded its highest ever half-yearly sales value of ₹58,624 million (₹58.62 Bn), with a 47.2% growth over H1 FY26. This performance was driven by strong new project launches and significant contributions from Bangalore (57.7% of total sales) and NCR (33.7%). The company also launched 7.91 million square feet of saleable area across 5 projects in three cities, with a sale potential of ₹112 Bn, and completed 1,391 homes.
