Sobhagya Mercantile Ltd has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-visual Means (OAVM), adhering to guidelines from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. For the purpose of the AGM, the company will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, inclusive. The cut-off date for e-voting will be September 22, 2026.
