Sodhani Academy Board Approves Director Re-appointments, Auditor Change

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd's Board of Directors met on July 30, 2026, approving key decisions including the re-appointment of Ms. Priya Sodhani as Director and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sodhani as Managing Director, both subject to shareholder approval.
