Sodhani Capital sets Aug 13 as record date for final dividend

Sodhani Capital Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 27, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s D. JAIN & CO. as Internal Auditors and M/s RAUNAK BANSAL & ASSOCIATES as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Board also approved the Director's Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and convened the 7th Annual General Meeting for August 19, 2026. Crucially, August 13, 2026, has been fixed as the record date for determining equity shareholders' entitlement for the final dividend for FY 2025-26.
