Sofcom Systems Gets Approval to Shift Registered Office to Gujarat

Sofcom Systems Limited has received an approval order from the Regional Director (North Western Region) dated May 27, 2026, for shifting its registered office from the State of Rajasthan to the State of Gujarat. The current registered office is in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and the new registered office will be located in Surat, Gujarat. The shifting will become effective upon filing a certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies of both states and the issuance of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation. The company has stated that this change will have no impact on the listed entity.
