Softrak Venture Investment Ltd has appointed Mrs. Manorama Jitendra Shah as an Additional Independent Director for a term of 5 years, subject to the approval of the Members. The appointment was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 26, 2026. Mrs. Shah holds a BA degree and has over 15 years of experience in business management and administration. Her rich experience and knowledge are expected to add significant value to the Board and the overall growth of the Company. Mrs. Shah is not related to any of the Directors on the Board and does not hold any shares in the Company. She is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority.
