Softrak Venture Investment Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons'. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of its Financial Results. All designated persons, including dependants and immediate relatives, are advised not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during this period.
