Softrak Venture Investment Ltd's Independent Directors Review Performance for FY 2025-26

Softrak Venture Investment Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 25(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013, held a separate meeting of the Independent Directors on Saturday, 14th March, 2026. The meeting, which commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 02:30 P.M., transacted the following business: a) reviewed the performance of non-independent directors and the board of directors as a whole; b) reviewed the performance of the chairperson of the listed entity, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; c) assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the listed entity and the board of directors.
