Madala Holdings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results. The board meeting date for the declaration of the audited Financial Results is yet to be informed. All designated employees, key management personnel, directors and other connected persons are advised not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the company during the closure period.
