East India Udyog Ltd, along with PACs Helix Probuild LLP and Udyat Indian Ventures LLP, disclosed a change in shareholding of Softtech Engineers Limited under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. East India Udyog Ltd sold 3,27,285 shares (2.364%), while Helix Probuild LLP sold 4,134 shares (0.247%). The sales occurred between July 9, 2024, and May 18, 2026. Following the disposal, East India Udyog Ltd holds 7,77,650 shares (5.618%), and Helix Probuild LLP holds 2,26,666 shares (1.638%).
