Softtech Engineers Ltd Acquires Eximietas Developer Private Limited for Strategic Growth

Softtech Engineers Ltd has approved the acquisition of Eximietas Developer Private Limited (EDPL) on September 17, 2025, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. The agreement was executed on September 30, 2025. EDPL is a private limited company based in India, developing property in general at national & international levels. The acquisition will provide Softtech with secured lease rights for a prime location in Hinjewadi Phase III, aligning with its long-term growth plans. The acquisition is a cash consideration, with the cost based on the share purchase agreement executed between the parties. Softtech will acquire 100% of the stake in EDPL, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
