Softtech Engineers Re-appoints P G Bhagwat LLP as Statutory Auditors

Softtech Engineers Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 26, 2026, approved the re-appointment of P G Bhagwat LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, Ms. Aadishri Apte was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates were appointed as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
