Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd has officially changed its Corporate Identification Number (CIN) from L15100DL2013PLC255455 to L42201DL2013PLC255455. This change is a consequence of an alteration to the Object Clause of the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA), which was approved by shareholders via a special resolution through postal ballot on June 13, 2026.
