Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd Approves Bank Guarantee for 500 MW Battery Energy Storage Project

Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd has approved the grant of a non-fund-based facility in the form of Bank Guarantee(s) for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solarworld BESS One Private Limited. The guarantee is for an amount up to INR 6,75,00,000 (Rupees Six Crores and Seventy-Five Lakhs only) under the BOO (Build-Own-Operate) model. The guarantee is for the Viability Gap Funding (VGF) sanctioned for the project under the Request for Selection (RfS) for 'Setting up of 500 MW/1000 MWh Standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems' in the premises of Power Projects owned by RVUNL and GSS of RVPNL. The disclosure of this information is in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
