Solex Energy Ltd: Share Purchase Agreement Termination

Solex Energy Limited has announced the termination of a proposed Shareholders' Agreement (SHA) originally intended for internal shareholding realignment within the promoter group. The SHA, initially agreed upon on April 17, 2026, was not executed by the concerned parties within the stipulated tenure, which expired on October 16, 2026. Consequently, the parties have decided not to proceed with the arrangement. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
