Solid Stone Company Ltd Announces AGM for September 2025: Approval of Audited Financial Statements, Appointment of Auditors, Directors, and Secretarial Auditors

Solid Stone Company Ltd has announced its Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, 05th September, 2025 at 09.30 am through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM). The meeting will transact ordinary business such as the adoption of the Audited Standalone Financial Statements and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The AGM will also consider the appointment of Auditors, fixation of their remuneration, and the appointment of a Director in place of Ms. Rashmi Ghorpade. Furthermore, the AGM will consider the appointment of Secretarial Auditors for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years from 1st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2030.
