The agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with Directors' and Auditors' reports. Additionally, the reappointment of Mr. Vishal Goel as a Whole-time Director, liable to retire by rotation, will be considered.
