Acquirers Shankar Varadharajan and Anancha Perumal Selvi Keshav to Acquire Up to 26.00% Stake in Soma Papers & Industries Ltd for Rs. 10/- Per Share

The acquirers Shankar Varadharajan and Anancha Perumal Selvi Keshav, along with persons acting in concert (PACs), have submitted a Letter of Offer to the shareholders of Soma Papers & Industries Ltd. The offer is to acquire up to 4,26,58,200 equity shares representing 26.00% of the expanded equity and voting share capital of the target company at a price of Rs. 10/- per share. The offer is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance by the shareholders and does not require any statutory approvals. The offer opens on Friday, 28th November, 2025 and closes on Thursday, 11th December, 2025.
