Ameet Harjinder Gadhoke Acquires 18% Stake in Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd for Rs. 87.67 Crores

Ameet Harjinder Gadhoke has disclosed an acquisition of 59,45,940 equity shares, which is 18% of the total share capital, in Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd. The acquisition is through a Share Purchase Agreement between Promoter and Promoter Group of the company and Roadway Solutions India Infra Limited, Ameet Harjinder Gadhoke, and Teja Ranade Gadhoke. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 87,67,42,526. The acquisition will result in Ameet Harjinder Gadhoke holding 18% of the total share capital and voting rights in the company.
