Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd. Approves Sale of Two Motor Vehicles for Rs. 2,74,20,500

Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd. has approved the sale of two motor vehicles, namely Land Rover Range Roer Sport and Cayenne V6, Chromite Black Metallic, for a total consideration of Rs. 2,74,20,500. The vehicles are no longer required for the business operation of the company. The buyer is Sarvopari Investment Private ltd, a promoter shareholder of the company. The transaction is expected to be completed by 30th September, 2025. The vehicles will be sold for a cash consideration of Rs. 2,49,500 along with an outstanding loan amount of Rs. 2,44,20,500 taken for the purpose of acquiring the vehicles.
