Roadway Solutions India Infra Limited to Acquire 25.02% Stake in Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd for INR 38.96 Crores

Roadway Solutions India Infra Limited, along with PACs, is making an open offer for acquisition of up to 82,64,942 Equity Shares of Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd, representing 25.02% of the Voting Share Capital. The offer is made at a price of INR 47.14 per Offer Share, amounting to a total consideration of INR 38.96 Crores. The offer is in compliance with the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and has been triggered due to the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement for the purchase of 74.98% of the Voting Share Capital from the Sellers.
