Soma Textiles recommends 5% final dividend

Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved convening the 88th AGM on July 31, 2026, via video conferencing and fixed July 17, 2026, as the record date for dividend entitlement.
