Somi Conveyor Beltings Ltd. Approves Q3 Results for FY2025-26, Announces Production Expansion

Somi Conveyor Beltings Ltd. has approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2025. The company's revenue from operations stands at 2774.85 lakhs. The board has also approved a production expansion in the Mixing Line, which is expected to commence within the current financial year. The expansion will increase the company's compounding capacity for all grades of conveyor belt, enabling timely execution of orders and improved product quality. The company has recognized an increase in gratuity liability arising out of past service cost to the tune of 13.92 lakhs due to the recent Labour Codes. No material misstatement has been found in the financial results.
